Saigon Cooking Class’ team has fallen in love with the refined Hoa Tuc restaurant’s cuisine and beautiful set-up.

Thanks to the owner’s eager mind we built a brilliant partnership sealed by the love for Vietnamese food.

Thus, we sat on the first floor of the restaurant to remain in harmony with this beautiful colonial place and to stay close to the creativity of its cuisine.

Our menu proposes a selection of Saigon Cooking Class’s traditional recipes but also contemporary signature dishes from Hoa Tuc’s kitchen that allows us to share with you some of their culinary secrets. Of course no MSG and Knorr powder are used.

For a warm and fun ambiance, participants cook all together with our Chef but everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques.


What makes our cooking classes so special and unique are the small class size that never exceeds 12 participants, and the great care taken in all details.

Details that make all the difference and ensure a great cooking experience: discovering the fresh exotic ingredients, cooking with authentic Vietnamese kitchenware in a beautiful set up surrounded by thoughtful, English speaking staff.
